* Only current, matriculated full-time 4-year university students and postdocs may register at the student rate.Continuing/extension/part-time/community college students are not eligible for the student rate.Limit 1 registration per student. Please do not register on behalf of others. Your university/.edu email address is required when creating an account to register and pay. Non-Stanford University students: You must also reply to your email order confirmation that has the subject line “Thank You for Your Order with Stanford Ticket Office” within 1 (one) day from order date and attach clear photo images, screen shots or photocopy of your official university transcript or Fall 2018 full-time class schedule showing full name and current/2018 academic year.
** Please note that we can offer 15 CEs for nurses, and 12 CEUs for acupuncturists are approved by CA Acupuncture Board.
Symposium registration fees include access to plenary and concurrent sessions, the welcome reception and all scheduled breaks as outlined in the program schedule. Lunch and beverage are included. Venue(s) and directions to campus will be emailed to registered attendees closer to the date of the the symposium.
