Winter Junior Scrimmage 2017-2018

Our Scrimmages have become among our most highly anticipated events and we are happy to say that participation is expected to exceed previous numbers with young participants coming from all over Northern California. We look forward to providing young Taekwondo athletes plenty of matches and tournament-like experience without the high cost, long wait and single-elimination pressure.
Athletes of all experience levels from age 7 to 17 are welcome to compete.
If you have never attended a Stanford TKD Scrimmage, the premise is simple:
We provide rings, referees and electronic scoring.
Participants, Coaches and Parents show up, check in and start finding someone interested in having a sparring match with their player.
After the match, bow, shake hands, find another match and start again.
Our referees maintain safety by using the correct rules for each age group and although they score the match, no winners are declared.
Parents and Coaches have repeatedly told us that this has been one of the best learning and practice experiences they have ever attended.

- Free admission, no tickets required for non-participants (e.g. family members, friends and anyone who wants to watch the scrimmage)
Processing fee is included in prices. All sales are final. No refunds. No cancellations.
**FULL GEAR IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.
** Black belts who want to use the Daedo system, will be required to wear Daedo Electronic Foot Socks. Unfortunately, we will not be selling them at the event, so please plan accordingly. If you do not intend to use the Daedo system, you will need to find an opponent that will not be using it as well.
THERE ARE 3 STEPS TO COMPLETE:
STEP 1 of 3: All participants are required to submit 2 forms each.

A parent or guardian will also need to sign the waiver for the participating athlete. The form will also be available the day of the event. However, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE participants to complete the waiver prior to the scrimmage in order to expedite entry into the venue and to ensure that they have the opportunity to participate in as many matches as possible.
STEP 2 of 3: Complete the questionnaire for each participant.
STEP 3 of 3: Select the number of participants from the drop down menu below and click "Next."
Check the items in your Shopping Cart and provide credit card payment information.
Only after clicking "Complete Your Order" will your scrimmage registration be complete and will you receive an email confirmation.
