Entertainment Extravaganza!

The Parents' Club of Stanford University proudly presents a selection of student performing groups in the annual Entertainment Extravaganza! Five very talented and unique student ensembles will be showcased – Cardinal Calypso, Counterpoint, tapTH@T, Alliance Streetdance and the Stanford Chamber Chorale.

Cardinal Calypso, Stanford's only steel pan ensemble, supplies the university with a repertoire flavored from the Caribbean. Our all-female a cappella group, Counterpoint, performs music from all genres for audiences of all ages. The one and only tapTH@T will provide a variety of dazzling footwork. We also look forward to the latest moves from the innovative coed dance troupe Alliance Streetdance. TheStanford Chamber Chorale will round out the gala with a performance of classical a cappella selections.

Tickets may also be purchased during Parents' Weekend if the event is not sold out. Any available tickets may be purchased at the Arrillaga Alumni Center during check-in hours or at Memorial Auditorium 30 minutes prior to the performance. Prices at the door are $15/adults and $7/Stanford students and children. All proceeds benefit the Parents' Club Scholarship Fund, which annually funds scholarships for students. In 80 years of active fund-raising, the club has granted well over $1 million in scholarships.
